Here is a new flower design I have been working on. Let me know what you think and should I make more using different colors.

Started with a black base added white tiles, covered white tiles with a transparent colored rod. Than added small white tile inside green tiles, covered white tiles with transparent amethyst. Than I cooled the beads and reheated the 4 smaller tiles, plunged a stainless steel rod into molten center and covered plunge with clear. It’s a long process, but I really like the bead. Your input would be much apprecitated, either what you think of the bead or have some color ideas. ….Happy Beading…Dave

Silver Metallic color is created by adding balls of glass to the base beads by cooling and reintroducint the glass into the flame and repeating the process until silver rises to the surface of the glass.

New colors for my muliti-color disc bead series. Pair is made using Turquoise as the base color, than Filigree Turquoise and brown are wrapped over and finishing the bead with Turquoise bumps. Using the filigree turquoise adds visual depth and gives the bead a very unique look, what do you think?

New colors for my tri-color disc beads. Pair is made using transparent lime as the base color, than opaque lime and purple are wrapped over and finishing the bead with transparent lime bumps. I call the color limeade, reminds me of a hot summer day with a nice cool drink in hand.
